UFCW 8 has reached a tentative agreement with Harris Ranch Beef in Coalinga. The two-year agreement provides wage increases and protects benefits for members working at Harris Ranch.
Members’ unity and solidarity play a critical role in reaching an agreement our members will be proud to ratify.
Completed details of the tentative agreement will be provided to members in the coming weeks. Members will have time to review the agreement and have questions answered prior to voting.
UPDATE: December 6, 2019 – Members working at Harris Ranch have overwhelmingly ratified the new agreement, which runs through December 2022.
