August 11, 2022 — Southern Calif. UFCW members have been voting on their tentative agreements over the past three days.
While the contract offer is the same for all Southern CA pharmacists, members at Ralphs and Albertsons/Vons/Pavilions have separate contracts and vote separately on the tentative agreements.
Pharmacists at Ralphs have voted YES to ratify the contract. This means they now have a four-year contract in place, effective immediately. Ralphs will implement the wage increases and return members to their previous schedules immediately.
Pharmacists at Albertsons, Vons, and Pavilions have voted to reject the contract. We have asked Albertsons/Vons to return to the bargaining table immediately to continue negotiations on your contract. We will be in touch with next steps as soon as possible.
