May 5, 2026 – UFCW 8-Golden State is pleased to announce a tentative agreement covering our members at Stiiizy in Davis and Fresno and Authentic 209 in Modesto. This deal represents progress driven by members unity and includes meaningful wage increases and some important new gains.
Highlights of the tentative agreement include:
- Meaningful wage increases with reduced overall time to reach top rates
- Raises retroactive to April 6, 2025
- Increased premium rates for Leads
- Establishing new Full-time / part-time ratios: 40% full-time / 60% part-time
- Part-Time Minimum hour guarantee of at least 20 hours per week
- 40 hours of vacation leave for every employee after the first 365 days of employment, regardless of total hours worked
- Vacation banks established, providing substantial carryover balances for unused vacation accruals
- Improved vacation selection and approval process, allowing employees to take time as needed
- Contract term runs through March 31, 2029
