UFCW 8 has reached a tentative agreement with Petaluma Poultry in Sonoma County. The four-year agreement provides wage increases, retention bonuses, and improved vacation scheduling for members working at Petaluma Poultry.
The Union and the company have agreed not to release the complete details of the tentative agreement until members have had the opportunity to review and ratify the new contract. Members will have an opportunity to have questions answered by their District Union Representative and review the new agreement prior to voting next week.
