Negotiations have begun with Foods Co in Northern California. We are in the very early stages of bargaining, and additional dates are being scheduled with the company in the coming weeks.
We have secured an extension agreement to ensure the terms and conditions of the contract remain in full force and effect as we continue discussions.

As negotiations begin, there are a few simple things every member can do to help us bargain an agreement they will be proud to ratify:
- Avoid the rumor mill: As questions arise, contact your Shop Steward or District Union Representative with any issues.
- Update your contact info: If you’ve moved recently or changed your phone number, be sure we have your current contact info to send you updates and any voting details.
