Southern California UFCW Locals and Rite Aid have agreed to a contract extension, maintaining the current agreement through September 22, 2021. This ensures terms of the contract remain in effect as negotiations move forward.
Additional bargaining dates have been scheduled through August and into early September as we work through numerous issues with the employer.
As we continue negotiations, the strength and support of our members is critical to reaching an agreement which meets the financial needs of our members and reflects their hard work during these difficult times.
