UFCW 8-Golden State members working at Mission Bell Winery in Madera, Calif. have voted overwhelmingly to ratify their new contract. The 3-year agreement includes meaningful wage increases, a ratification bonus, and increased premium pay for swing/graveyard shifts.
The new contract also includes an annual bid for shift preference and contractual language improvements to the grievance and arbitration procedures.
This agreement is the direct result of member support and unity in bargaining. Together, we have proven once again, Solidarity Works!
