Negotiations with Perfect Union and High Times continued through last month, as we work towards reaching new agreements. Additional dates for bargaining are planned for October. Progress has been made in recent meetings, however, work needs to be done on several key issues.
We know our members are increasingly feeling the pressure of understaffing, scheduling, and rising economic conditions. With the current contract under an extension agreement, Union members’ wage standards, benefits and workplace rules are protected through this stage of the negotiations.
