July 7, 2023 – UFCW 8-Golden State has reached a tentative agreement covering our cannabis division members working at Perfect Union locations throughout Central and Northern California. The new agreement includes significant wage increases, improvements to the minimum weekly hour guarantee, tipping provisions with wage protections and enhanced promotion contract language.
Complete details of the tentative agreement will be shared with members at their worksites, and members will have the opportunity to review the agreement and have questions answered by their District Union Representative before voting at their store meeting next week.
