July 2, 2024 – UFCW 8-Golden State is pleased to announce we have reached a tentative agreement with Save Mart on the Yosemite Wholesale contract.
The new agreement includes meaningful wage increases and enrollment in the Lifetime Income Security Accrual Fund (LISA), which complements the existing union-negotiated pension and is jointly administered by Union and Company trustees through the UFCW Trust Fund.
Complete details of the tentative agreement will be provided for review and ratification to members working at Yosemite Wholesale. Voting dates and times will be sent in the coming days. Your Union recommends a YES vote.
Bargaining continues this week for the Save Mart Office and Maxx Value contracts, with the contracts on extension as we continue to make progress. Additional meeting dates are scheduled this week.
