Negotiations with Raley’s/Bel Air and Food Maxx are ongoing. Additional meetings are planned as we work toward reaching an agreement which meets our members’ needs. The current terms of the contract remain in effect as negotiations continue.
We appreciate your patience during these prolonged negotiations. The best thing members can do is to make sure the company and your co-workers know we are united in our goal of achieving a better contract for our members.
Continue doing your part by wearing your Solidarity Works button and encourage your coworkers to do the same! If you have questions about negotiations, contact your District Union Representative. Don’t listen to or spread rumors.
