UFCW 8-Golden State continues to fight the company’s implementation of its inferior contract proposal and benefit plan. The National Labor Relations Board has also taken up the case against Rite Aid in support of our efforts. Both sides have presented their case, and we are currently awaiting the judge’s decision.
The pandemic has made this arduous process even more difficult, and we appreciate the determination and resilience of our members.
