UFCW Locals in Southern California recently reached a tentative agreement with Stater Bros. Your UFCW 8-Golden State bargaining team has been at the table with the Locals and the company every step of the way.
These negotiations have helped secure a stable foundation for us moving forward; however, we have an opportunity to seek further discussion with the company about some additional terms unique to UFCW 8 members.
Additional meetings with the company are planned in the coming days and we are fully committed to achieving the best deal possible for our dedicated members at Stater Bros.
We know this process takes a little more time and patience – we’re asking you to remain united and continue standing with your Union. Together we will prove once again—Solidarity Works!
