Por favor, suba copias de su FORMULARIO DE PRUEBA DE EMPLEO (recibo de sueldo de marzo de 2020 a mayo de 2023 o W-2 de 2021 o 2022) y / o ID VÁLIDO, como se indica en el texto y el correo electrónico enviado a la información de contacto utilizada en su reclamo. Please upload copies of your PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT FORM (paystub between March 2020 to May of 2023 or a W-2 from either 2021 or 2022) and / or VALID ID, as noted in the text and email sent to the contact info used in your claim. Again, this must be completed by Wednesday, 10/16/2024 to process your Farm and Food Worker Grant application.
