Negotiations with Safeway/Vons, Save Mart/Food Maxx and Raley’s, which includes Bel Air and Nob Hill, continue to progress slowly. Additional meetings are scheduled in the coming weeks as we work towards reaching an agreement which meets the needs of our members.
While bargaining continues, provisions of the contract continue to remain in full effect and we will keep you informed as updates occur.
Member solidarity is critical in protecting wages, health benefits, pension and working conditions. Please continue doing your part by wearing your Union button and encourage your coworkers to do the same. Wearing your Union button sends the message we are united together.
