Talking about Union solidarity with your co-workers, and the public whenever and wherever possible, helps your Union sisters and brothers feel connected and united. Wearing a “Solidarity Works” button is a simple demonstration to let the company and your coworkers know you’re ready to stand together to help secure a better contract.
