To protect your rights and benefits during this time, we have secured a contract extension agreement which keeps every provision of your collective bargaining agreement in place as negotiations continue. This guarantees your wages, benefits, grievance protections, and job security remain intact.
In addition, Adventist has agreed to process the wage increases planned for July 2025 under a new agreement, honoring the commitment made under our prior contract.
