UFCW members can take General Equivalency Diploma (GED) classes for free through Essential GED. This GED program offers a customized learning plan, so that you’ll be able to successfully prepare yourself to pass the GED test, regardless of when you last went to school. With the Workforce Essential Programs offered through UFCW education benefits, you can sharpen your skills in areas like writing reports, performing in interviews, improving computer skills, and money management.

Scholarships are available to active UFCW members from the UFCW Charity Foundation Scholarship Program, the Southern California UFCW Scholarship Program and the Union Plus Scholarship. Visit each program for complete rules.
