Negotiations continued with Adventist Health over the last two days, September 9th and 10th. We are continuing to press for an agreement which honors members’ dedication and commitment to patients and the community.
As part of the bargaining process, the preliminary wage increase scheduled for July 2025 was processed while bargaining continued, ensuring members received the pay boost while negotiations move forward. Progress has been made and the majority of contract language issues have been resolved. This important step forward and allows us to fully focus on the economic issues.
With the language work largely behind us, there is still significant work ahead to secure the wages and benefits our members deserve. Additional bargaining dates are already planned for the coming weeks, and we will keep members updated every step of the way as talks progress.
Standing together in unity is how we win a fair contract. Together, we will achieve a contract which reflects our members’ unwavering dedication to care for their community.
