Save Mart / Lucky - 28 Hour Weekly Guarantee Request

The Union contract allows for members with more than 5 years of service with the company, excluding Service Specialists, to be guaranteed a minimum of 28 hours per week.

Section 6.10.4 Weekly Guarantee, (5) states:

Part-time employees with five (5) or more years of service with the Employer (excluding Service Specialists) may request in writing a twenty-eight (28) per week minimum and it shall be granted;

Please use the form below to send a written form letter to your email address, your District Union Rep, and the Store Manager. Afterwards, please follow up with your Store Management to confirm they have received the email and will be scheduling you a minimum of 28 hours each week.
