We’ve identified an issue in which Raley’s has not properly reported hours to the UFCW Trust Fund, resulting in the loss of June and July healthcare eligibility for many members.

As a result, the Union has filed an “All Affected” grievance against Raley’s, and we are working to ensure all members’ Health and Welfare contributions are properly reported and eligibility is rightfully restored.

If your hours weren’t reported properly, you may have received a COBRA letter notice from the Trust Fund notifying you of your recent loss of healthcare eligibility. If so, please complete the form below and your information will be sent to your District Union Representative, the Company, and the UFCW Trust Fund to initiate a review of your hours reported for eligibility.
