Getting Organized: Who Do You Know?

Do you have a friend, family member, neighbor or former coworker who works at a non-Union retailer like:

Whole Foods • Sprouts • Raley’s (only some locations)

Non-Union workers don’t have the same opportunities we have to negotiate together for better wages, benefits, a stronger retirement and a voice on the job.

Union contracts have real value, and you can help improve someone’s life!

You can help someone win similar improvements by talking with them and introducing them to the benefits and value a Union contract can provide. 

Help them open the door and start the conversation. Let them know it’s just an introduction and a conversation. That’s it. It’s really that simple.
